The Clements Hotel is an approximately 20-minute drive from Hamilton International Airport.

Departure time is 11:00 a.m.

To request late check-out, please contact our reservations team by phone at (07) 1866 1866 or by email at reservations@clements.co.nz. You are also welcome to make this request through the preference survey you’ll receive prior to your arrival. Please note that without an approved late check-out, there will be a late departure fee of $40.00 through 1 p.m., and then a fee of a half-day’s rate following.

At this stage, The Clements Hotel does not offer valet services.  There is free public parking at the rear of the hotel.

Yes and no. Pets are welcomed on the Terrace at the Clements for day visitors enjoying a drink or meal, with no restrictions on weight or number of furry friends.  Unfortunately, your pet is not able to come inside or stay.  Please note that we can refuse access to any pet that demonstrates aggressive, loud or dangerous behavior, including growling, biting, jumping on guests and/or staff, relieving themselves in public spaces, barking excessively, or eating.

The premium Clements suite, offers a large private balcony with outdoor seating overlooking the street below.  We have no rooms that include windows that open.

The Clements Hotel is non-smoking facility, with a $500 fee applied if guests smoke in the rooms.

Yes. Each guestroom includes a safe capable of holding a standard laptop.

Yes, turndown is provided. We are also always happy to refresh towels, linens, or other items upon request.

All guestrooms come equipped with mini fridges and tea and coffee facilities.  

Due to safety concerns, rollaway beds are not permitted in The Deluxe categories. One rollaway bed is permitted in the other room types, for a fee of $55 per night.

Yes. We have complementary cribs and pack n plays available by request.

Packages that require more than 7 days of storage prior to arrival will incur a fee of $5 per package. If possible, please e-mail your tracking number and notification of incoming packages to our reservations team at reservations@clements.co.nz so that we can be expecting your delivery!

We offer two Superior grade accessible rooms on the ground floor of the hotel. and a further accessible room in the old Stables which has an interconnecting door to the next door room.

The Clements Hotel does has a fitness center, accessible with a guestroom key 24/7. We do not have a pool. While our spa is temporarily closed, our concierge team will be pleased to assist with coordinating spa treatments elsewhere.
